Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PrepMind AI website, the Free Academic Snapshot, PrepMind Pro — 30-Day Execution Blueprint, and related support and delivery services (collectively, the “Service”).

By submitting the assessment, accessing a report, purchasing PrepMind Pro or continuing to use the website, you indicate that you have read and accepted these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy.

PrepMind is intended for NEET and JEE preparation. Some users may be under 18. Students under 18 should use PrepMind with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. PrepMind does not claim to independently verify the age of every user.

PrepMind provides AI-assisted educational diagnosis, planning and guidance based on information you submit.

PrepMind is not a school, coaching institute, examination authority, admissions body, medical service, psychological counselling service, or legal or financial advisory service.

The quality of your report depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information you submit. You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful or unauthorised information.

The Free Academic Snapshot provides a personalized preparation diagnosis, notes important gaps, and highlights priorities and immediate next actions. Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical limits or third-party services.

PrepMind Pro currently provides one personalized 30-day execution Blueprint, which includes: priority strategy, first seven-day plan, daily time allocation, backlog recovery, resource and revision guidance, mock-test improvement guidance, accountability planning, mentor guidance, and PDF and connected email delivery.

The ₹199 Founding Launch Price covers one personalized 30-day execution cycle. The current payment does not automatically renew. Another cycle requires a separate manual purchase. PrepMind Pro is not lifetime access.

The Founding Launch Price is introductory and may be limited by time, availability, number of founding members or specific campaign conditions. PrepMind does not promise that ₹199 will remain available permanently.

Payments are processed through Razorpay or the payment provider displayed at checkout. The payment provider may process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. PrepMind does not intentionally store full card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords or OTPs.

You must provide an accurate email address and accurate assessment details. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to technical, email, payment-provider or third-party-service issues.

PrepMind Pro is a personalized digital service whose preparation or generation may begin shortly after successful payment.

If you experience a duplicate payment, failed delivery, incorrect payment matching or a significant technical failure, contact PrepMind Student Care at support@prepmindai.com. Refund requests will be reviewed fairly based on whether report generation has started, whether the personalized report has been delivered, whether a duplicate payment occurred, whether a verified technical failure prevented delivery, and applicable consumer rights.

Where approved, refunds may be processed through the original payment method and may be subject to the payment provider’s processing time.

• Responsible and lawful use of the Service.
• Providing accurate assessment information.
• No interference with the Service.
• No fraudulent payment activity.
• No misuse of another person’s information.
• No unauthorised extraction, resale or redistribution of PrepMind templates or reports as a competing product.
• You may retain, download and print your own personalized report for personal educational use.

PrepMind branding, website design, report structures, templates, workflows and original content belong to PrepMind or relevant licensors. You retain the right to use your personalized report for your own educational preparation.

PrepMind uses artificial intelligence, including Google Gemini through the current Vertex AI architecture, and automated workflows to assist in interpreting submitted preparation information and generating educational content. AI output may contain errors, omissions or interpretations that require judgement. Consult teachers, mentors, parents or qualified professionals when appropriate.

PrepMind provides educational guidance based on the information you submit. PrepMind does not make official examination, counselling, admission or government decisions. Academic outcomes depend on the student’s execution and many external circumstances.

The collection and processing of personal data are explained in the separate Privacy Policy. Information may be processed to generate reports, deliver PDFs and emails, match payments and assessments, provide Student Care, maintain operational and transaction records, improve reliability, protect the Service and meet legal obligations.

Service-related communications may be sent for report delivery, payment confirmation, delivery assistance, Student Care responses and important operational information. Submitting the assessment does not automatically enrol you into unrelated marketing emails.

PrepMind may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, pricing or future roadmap. Uninterrupted availability is not promised.

The dashboard, automated check-ins, missed-plan detection, voice accountability and continuous AI planning updates are future roadmap items unless explicitly shown as available.

• Fraud or unlawful activity.
• Harassment or impersonation.
• Interference or security abuse.
• Reverse engineering where prohibited.
• Unauthorised resale of PrepMind content.
• Misuse of personal information.
• Attempts to obtain credentials, prompts or infrastructure secrets.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PrepMind’s liability for claims arising from your use of the Service is limited. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify PrepMind against reasonable losses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights available to you under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

When reporting payment, access or delivery issues, please include: your name, the email used, the approximate date, the payment reference where applicable, and a description of the issue. Do not send OTPs, passwords or banking PINs.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes will be handled by courts or authorities having competent jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Updated Terms may be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any checkout disclosures form the agreement regarding your use of the Service.
