This Privacy Policy explains how PrepMind AI handles personal information when you access the website, the assessment, the Free Academic Snapshot, PrepMind Pro, payment and delivery workflows, and PrepMind Student Care.

The Service is referred to as PrepMind AI (“PrepMind”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Contact PrepMind Student Care at support@prepmindai.com.

• Student name and email address.
• Exam selection, current score, target score.
• Weak subject, weak chapter, daily study hours.
• Preparation challenges and other assessment information.
• Support messages and feedback you voluntarily submit.
• Limited payment-reference information required to match your payment.

Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, full card details, bank passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.

We may receive routine device, browser, IP address, access time, technical logs and error/performance information required to operate the website and diagnose failures. Only the technical browser storage required for website operation is currently used. We do not currently run advertising or third-party analytics or marketing cookies on this site.

PrepMind uses artificial intelligence and automated workflows to interpret submitted preparation information and generate educational content. Relevant services may include Google Gemini through Vertex AI, n8n workflow automation, Google Sheets or Google cloud services, PDF-generation providers and email-delivery providers. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be interpreted using reasonable judgement.

Razorpay processes payments under its own terms and privacy practices. We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, transaction reference, amount, payment date, and payer contact information supplied through the payment provider. PrepMind does not intentionally collect full payment-card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or OTPs through the assessment.

Information may be processed when you submit the assessment, request a report, purchase PrepMind Pro, contact Student Care, provide consent where required, ask PrepMind to perform a requested service, or where processing is reasonably necessary for permitted operational or legal purposes.

Some NEET and JEE students may be under 18. Students under 18 should use PrepMind with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. PrepMind does not claim to independently verify every user’s age. Parents or guardians may contact support@prepmindai.com.

Information may be processed by providers required to operate PrepMind, including cloud and AI providers, workflow-automation providers, spreadsheet or database services, website hosting, PDF-generation providers, email-delivery providers, payment processors, and technical-support services. Providers process information according to their applicable agreements, terms and policies. PrepMind does not sell your personal information.

Some providers may process or store information in different locations depending on their infrastructure and policies.

PrepMind retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for report generation, delivery, Student Care, operational records, transaction records, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

PrepMind uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to its current architecture. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact Student Care to request, where applicable: access to information associated with you; correction of inaccurate information; updating submitted information; deletion, subject to necessary retention; withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent; information about how data is used; or assistance with a privacy complaint.

Withdrawal may prevent PrepMind from generating, delivering or supporting a requested report. Withdrawal does not necessarily affect processing already completed or records required for transactions, disputes or legal obligations.

When making a request, please include your name, the email used, the approximate assessment or payment date, and the nature of your request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or full banking information.

Service-related emails may be sent for report delivery, payment confirmation, delivery assistance, Student Care and important operational notices. Submitting the assessment does not automatically grant permission for unrelated promotional marketing.

PrepMind currently uses only the technical browser storage required for website operation, where applicable. No non-essential advertising or third-party analytics cookies have been detected on this site.

PrepMind may link to external services such as Razorpay. External services operate under their own privacy practices.

PrepMind uses AI-assisted processing to produce educational guidance. PrepMind does not make official examination, admission, counselling or government decisions. Contact Student Care if you believe your information was interpreted incorrectly.

PrepMind may use aggregated or de-identified information, where reasonably possible, to diagnose technical issues and improve the Service.

PrepMind will assess personal-data incidents and take the steps required under applicable law and operational circumstances.

This policy may be updated as the product, providers or legal requirements change. A revised effective date will be displayed when updated.
